Isra Al Kassi has a background in events management and community spaces and cinemas. She is the co-founder of  T A P E Collective and has curated for London Short Film Festival, BFI Southbank, Reclaim the Frame and Aesthetica Short Film Festival. Isra has also recently worked with BIFA, Inclusive Cinema, Independent Film Trust and London Film Festival, Habibi Collective and Shasha with a focus on audience development and outreach.

Angela Moneke is a producer & curator. She started as a researcher for factual television programmes, before moving on to Working Title Films where she currently works as Senior Production Executive, covering the film & TV slate with credits such as Nida Manzoor’s upcoming feature POLITE SOCIETY and Dolly Alderton’s EVERYTHING I KNOW ABOUT LOVE. Her latest short film projects, which have screened at a number of venues including BFI Southbank, Somerset House and Barbican, include “0.5%” directed by Yero Timi-Biu for BBC Arts & Screen South, which premiered on BBC4/iPlayer in March 2022, and BORN FRUIT for Dazed x Gucci, the short directorial debut of Bukky Bakray (ROCKS). She is currently in post & production on short films for BFI and BBC Film. She was featured in this year’s Forbes’ 30 under 30 – Europe – Entertainment list 2022. 

Delphine Lievens is a freelancer in UK independent film distribution and exhibition. She has previously held roles as Head of Distribution at Bohemia Media, a UK distributor with a specific focus on diverse voices, at Gower Street Analytics as a Senior Box Office Analyst, and at Altitude Films as a Theatrical Sales Executive. She has worked on the UK releases of a number of critically acclaimed independent films including QUEEN OF GLORY, REBEL DYKES, and Academy Award winner MOONLIGHT. She enjoys discussing current trends in the screen industries and the urgent need for more diversity in film, both on and off screen.

Lois Stevenson is T A P E’s Marketing and Design Manager. She is a Visual Artist and Director, exploring strong feminine identities and sexuality, set against a backdrop of sensual, dream-like scenarios and narratives. After exhibiting her first short film, Lois directed an award-winning LGBTQ+ feature film, Into the Mirror (2019), musical score by Johnny Jewel (Drive, Twin Peaks: The Return). It had a theatrical release in the US and is now available on Amazon Prime Video. Lois currently also works as a freelance creative director. Marked by  LA Times as ‘one to watch’, she continues to produce visually compelling work that includes video installations, short films and music videos.
